Mr. Hoffman focuses his practice on state and federal appellate litigation, trial advocacy and briefing, and civil litigation cases. He’s successfully represented individuals and entities in tort and commercial litigation throughout the State of Texas, federal courts, and arbitration, and has advocated for appellate clients in various Texas courts of appeals, before the Fifth Circuit, and the Texas Supreme Court.
Mr. Hoffman was raised in the Houston area. He graduated in 2006 with high honors from Lehigh University, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with double majors in political science and international relations, before obtaining his J.D. in 2009 from William & Mary School of Law, in Williamsburg, Virginia. While in law school, Mr. Hoffman was a member and officer of the school’s National Trial and Moot Court teams.
