Veronica concentrates her practice on civil litigation matters, specifically insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and first-party property claims. Before joining Taylor Twining, Veronica clerked in a personal injury firm where she gained experience assisting in cases involving personal injury, and premises liability. Veronica also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge George C. Hanks Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the Honorable Judge Tanya Garrison, of the Harris County 157th District Court. Veronica earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she was secretary of the Woman’s Law Society, and became a certified mediator. She earned her B.A. from Sam Houston State University.
