Brandon’s practice includes complex litigation involving large property damage losses and severe personal injury cases and first party lawsuits arising from wind and hail storm claims.

As former General Counsel for a regional property insurer, Brandon has a strong understanding of insurers’ needs and the expectations of outside counsel. In addition to his core practice areas, Brandon has experience with matters related to medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, dram shop liability as well as insurance coverage and defense.
