Robert’s practice focuses on civil litigation, specifically insurance defense of personal injury, trucking and transportation, wrongful death, premises liability and products liability as well as general business litigation. Robert has extensive trial and courtroom experience with over 30 jury trials and more than one hundred contested hearings.  He previously served as a Chief Prosecutor in the Trial Court Division, Major Fraud Division, and Public Corruption Section of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Houston, Texas.  He also directed fraud prosecution in Galveston County, Texas as an Assistant District Attorney for that county.  Robert is a Cum Laude graduate of South Texas College of Law and is admitted to practice in all Texas Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.  Prior to his legal career, Robert served his country as a paratrooper with the United States Army for five years as an intelligence analyst.
